Pick-Up each day will either be from 4:00-4:15 PM

On the first day of Camp, we invite you to bring your camper into St. Francis High School to meet your Instructors and other campers.  For the remainder of the time with us, it will not be necessary for you to exit your vehicle as Camp Shakespeare staff will escort campers in to the building and out to their rides at the end of each day.

Please be timely in regards to the pick up/drop off times.  Do not drop off your student without a Camp Shakespeare Staff member in attendance outside the building.  No one will be admitted into St. Francis outside of normal camp hours.  If there are any circumstances that would require a change in arrival or departure time such as heavy traffic, doctors appointments, emergencies, etc., then please give Camp Shakespeare Staff as much of an advance warning for preparation as possible.

We take pride in what great leaders and good examples our students are for each other.  If there should be any negative behavior such as use of profanity, bullying, or discourteous behavior to other students or our Staff, then students will be given a warning and parents will be notified as well. If behavior continues after this warning, then students can be dismissed with no refund.

Final Performance:

On the last day of camp, your camper will be performing in a final showcase for friends and family.  Camp will be held as usual at St. Francis from 9am-4pm.  Campers should be picked up at the regular time and are expected to have their own transportation to the park that night.

It is a tradition to use the Kentucky Shakespeare stage in Old Louisville’s Central Park, located between 4th and 6th Streets at Magnolia Avenue.  These showcases are held right before the Main Stage production.  We will communicate with you the week of the performance their designated meeting place and call time to be in the park. These performances will generally begin by 6:30-7pm

Due to excessive high temperatures, heat indexes, or other severe weather, Kentucky Shakespeare reserves the right to decide what is in the best interest for our campers and their families up until that final camp day.  These performances may occur in-doors.  Details will be communicated to you closer to that time.
